What is the minimum stay?

During peak season, the minimum stay is one week, ideally arriving on Saturday. In the low and mid-season, stays from 4 days are possible, and you can flexibly choose your arrival day. Enjoy a relaxing break in our idyllic holiday home in South Tyrol!

What are the prices for the stay?

Our price for a relaxing stay is 150,-€ per day including bedding and towels. If you wish to bring your own, we offer a reduced price of 130,-€ per day. Cleaning is, of course, included. For additional cleaning, we only charge 60,-€.

How is payment made?

What are the cancellation policies?

In case of cancellation:

• 70% of the travel price will be refunded if cancellation occurs 60 days before arrival.
• 50% of the travel price will be refunded if cancellation occurs 30 days before arrival.
• 30% of the travel price will be refunded if cancellation occurs up to 14 days before arrival.
• 0% of the travel price will be refunded if cancellation occurs 13 days before arrival.

How big are the holiday apartments?

One apartment is approx. 100 m² and consists of:

• 2 bedrooms with wardrobes and bedside tables
• 1 large living room with comfortable seating and a couch
• 1 eat-in kitchen with oven, dishwasher, hand blender, BBQ utensils, coffee machine, moka pot, many pots and, of course, a refrigerator
• 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet
• 1 wardrobe

What does "building biology" mean?

The house was built according to strict building biology principles, with a special focus on natural, pollutant-free materials:

• Natural wood
• Traditional clay plaster on the walls, which naturally regulates humidity
• No artificial materials or chemical additives
• Vapor-permeable construction for an optimal indoor climate

Are there special building biology benefits for guests?

Is the house operated sustainably?

Yes, the house has a well-thought-out energy concept:

• For additional electricity needs: 100% green electricity from South Tyrolean hydropower
• Energy-efficient construction through natural materials
• Optimal thermal insulation through ecological building materials

Why does the indoor air feel so pleasant?

Is smoking allowed in the house?

To preserve the healthy atmosphere and high-quality structure of our house, we kindly ask you to refrain from smoking throughout the house. Instead, enjoy the fresh mountain air and breathtaking views on our terrace or in the garden - your body will thank you!

Is there a washing machine in the apartment?

There is no washing machine in the apartment itself, but don't worry: In nearby Vipiteno you will find a modern and affordable self-service laundromat. This allows you flexible washing at any time of day and also offers the opportunity to explore the picturesque Fugger city.

Are pets allowed?

To preserve the allergy-friendly and natural atmosphere of our house for all guests, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets. We ask for your understanding.

Are there play facilities for children in the garden?

Yes, our garden offers a child-friendly play area with various play equipment:

• Large trampoline for jumping fun
• Child-friendly slide
• Swing for young and old
• Large lawn for romping and playing

The play area is ideal for families with children and makes Haus Lettn the perfect holiday destination for families. The use of all play equipment is at your own risk and under parental supervision.

Is there Wi-Fi and TV in the house?

No, and this is a conscious choice. Haus Lettn offers you the perfect opportunity for a beneficial digital detox:
