From the motorway, take the Sterzing exit. At the roundabout, take the exit towards Ridnaun (Ratschings, Jaufenpaß).
Continue to Ridnaun Dorf.
Pass the church, drive to the soccer field and then continue towards the river.
Before the bridge, turn right into the dirt road.
House ‘Lettn’ is then around 800 m along the road.
Note: in winter, weather conditions may mean that you cannot drive all the way to the house and have to walk from the last bend (approx. 100 m).
Holiday home (biological construction) in a quiet and secluded location featuring 2 holiday apartments each accommodating 4 people.
The house Lettn has 2 residential units (ground floor/ 1st floor) with each consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room, a dining kitchen, a shower with WC and a cloakroom. A unit is approx. 100m² in size.
The house is heated electrically with floor and wall heating. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler.
The rental takes place on a weekly basis.
In the peak season the minimum stay is 1 week, arrival day in the high season is preferably on Saturday. In the off-season the minimum stay is 4 days, the day of arrival is then arbitrary
The price is 130,00€ per day without bedding and 150,00€ with bedding per day (max.4 persons on request also more). One cleaning is included but on request extra cleaning for 60,00€ is possible.
A 30% deposit (min. €150.00) is due on confirmation of the reservation. The remaining amount is due four weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of €150.00 must be paid on arrival.
In case of cancellation, 70% of the vacation price will be refunded if the cancellation happens 60 days before arrival, if the cancellation happens 30 days before arrival 50% of the vacation price will be refunded, up to 14 days 30% of the vacation price will be refunden, after that no refund will be made.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
