Welcome
House ‘Lettn’ is located at 1,350 m a.s.l. in one of the most impressive natural and cultural landscapes, the Ridnaun Valley (a side valley of Wipptal).
The holiday home is secluded and far removed from any traffic, right next to the cross-country ski trail in winter. In summer it is the starting point for several mountain and hiking tours, or simply offers a cosy home for a relaxing vacation.
The house was newly built and is classed as an energy-efficient ‘Climate House’. Particular focus was placed on the use of ecological construction methods.
Winter paradise
The Ridnaun Valley in the South Tyrol is a true paradise for cross-country skiing. The 25-km-long trail runs right next to the house.
In addition, there are also numerous ski- touring routes, as well as cleared hiking trails for snowshoe walking or simply going for a stroll.
The ski centre Ratschings, Ridnaun with numerous lifts is in the immediate area. The skiing areas Rosskopf, Ladurns, Plose, Gitschberg, … are also worth a day trip.
